Reports cover 24-hour period ending early last night. ARRESTED Michael R. Synon, 36, of 2700 Mount Pleasant on three charges of theft by fraud and two counts of felony bail jumping. Racine police said Synon fraudulently tried to purchase gasoline and other items with an expired credit card at city gas stations on three occasions between Nov.

18 and Dec. 20. Grant Jackson, 22, of 1629 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, on a charge of first degree recklessly endangering safety.

Racine police said Jackson stabbed a man in the back with a knife during a Dec. 5 fight in the 1000 block of Prospect Street. Lavel C. McKinley, 19, of 1330 Geneva on a charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child. Racine police said McKinley had consensual sexual relations with a teen-age girl in February 1994, Jeremy M.

Zabel, 19, of 14706 Washington Union Grove, on a charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child. Caledonia police said Zabel had consensual sexual relations with a teen-age girl in October 1994. William Perez, 26, address unknown, on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver as a repeat drug offender and on two counts of obstructing. Racine police arrested Perez after a brief foot chase Monday. An officer chased him after he recognized him as the same man who led the officer on an earlier chase Friday in the 1100 block of Albert Street.

Perez was allegedly carrying a small amount of marijuana, packaged for resale, when the officer took him into custody. STOLEN Stereo equipment, total value $1,609, from a car parked in the 2500 block of Taylor Avenue. Racine police said the items were taken about 11:30 p.m. Sunday. Stereo equipment, total value $1,354, from a vehicle parked in the 1600 block of Indiana Street.

KAMALIAN, MRS. HOROUPSIMA (NEE: MARDEROSIAN) Racine Passed away Sunday, February 26, 1995, at the Lincoln Lutheran Home at the age of 93 years. She was born on May, 10, 1901, in Banderma, Turkey. Horoupsima was united in marriage in 1919 in Aleppo, Syria to Roopen Kamalian. She was a member of St.

Hagop Armenian, Apostolic Church, the Armenian Relief Society, and the Ladies Guild at St. Hagop Armenian Apostolic Church. Surviving are her three children, Violet KamalianToomajanian of Racine, "Jack" (Irene) Kamalian of Racine and Neubar (Margaret) Kamalian of Potomac, seven grandchildren, Patricia (Ernie) Dernai of Anita Toomajanian of Racine, Jane Kamalian of Racine, Vahan Kamalian of Racine, Neubar Kamalian Jr. of Potomac, and Raffie Kamalian of Potomac, a niece, Flora (George) Dunaians of Pasadena, three godchildren, Iris (Herman) Johnson, Jack Durgerian, and Jerry (Ann) Durgerian, all of California. Also surviving are other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roopen Kamalian in 1961. Funeral services will, be held on Friday, March 3, 1995, at 10 a.m. at St. Hagop Armenian Apostolic Church, located at 4100 Newman Road with Rev. Zareh Sahagian officiating.

Visitation will be Thursday evening at the funeral home from 6 until 8 p.m. and on Friday morning at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. There will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m on Thursday evening at the funeral home with Deacon Stephan Fronjian officiating. Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery.

He attended Washington Park High School and was a "1986" graduate from the University of WisconsinParkside. Martin was an avid Hunter and Fisherman.

Survivors include his mother, Jane Miller; one twin brother and sister-in-law, Mark (Lisa) Miller of Racine; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marsha (Charles) Johnson of Racine, Cindy (Rich) Rosko of Sturtevant, nieces and nephews, Paul Johnson, Dean and Aaron Rosko, Erica and Jacob Miller; one cousin, Robert (Kathy) Mathiesen of Racine; two aunts and one uncle, Mary (Russell) Mathiesen of Racine, Norma Miller of Racine; other relatives and many dear friends. on July 8, 1902, to the late John and Minnie (nee: Lee) Flanagan. On January 25, 1992, in Monmouth, Florence was united in marriage to Leo D. Leary who preceded her in death in December of 1957. She was -a beautician for many years and also worked for General Telephone as a long distance operator. She was a member of St.

Lucy's Catholic Church. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Diana (Richard) Govednik of Racine; two grandchildren, Jason and Brian Govednik; one brother, Robert R. Flanagan of Monmouth, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. Preceded in death also by seven brothers. Funeral services will be held Friday, March-3, 1995, 11 a.m, at the Immaculate Conception Church in Monmouth, Ill.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at the Turnbull Funeral Home on Monmouth, Ill. with a prayer vigil at 7:30 p.m. and also on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

"'BESSIE" Racine Age 93. Passed away Monday, February 27, 1995, at. Lincoln Village Convalescent Center. Bess was born in Ayre, Scotland on January 23, 1902, daughter of the late John and Ellen (nee: Moss) Adamson. She came to the United States in, 1905, and had lived in Racine for 90 years.

She was employed at Twin Disc from 1920 to 1970 as a Cashier for the company. Bess was a devoted member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church and choir. She had been a member of the Woman's Club, Business and Professional Women, Women's Civic Council and the Brahms Choir Group. Survivors include her sister, Martha McNabb of Maywood, nephew, Bob Earnest, and niece, Judith Renquist, both of Racine; other surviving nieces and nephews living outside of Racine include Jon P.

Adamson, Bessie Mae McNeer, John French, Rev. Frederick French, Stanton French, Michael Tredrea, Pat Prine, Donna Byrne, and Ellen Regan. Grand nieces and nephews include Peggy and Jennifer Renquist of Racine, and many close and faithful friends for whom she was very grateful. She was preceded in death by a brother, N.F. Adamson, sisters, Ellen Earnest and Mary "Molly" French.

Carol was a graduate of Evansville High School "Class of under the name of Carol Rasmussen. On May 30, 1955, Carol was united in marriage to Roy Taivalkoski, who preceded her. in death in 1985. She had been employed by S.C. Johnson Son and also taught data entry for many years at Gateway Technical College.

on October 1, 1915, son of the late Frank and Edith (nee: Empereur) Schatzley. On July 27, 1974, in Racine, he was united in marriage to Inez Katherine Langberg. Mr. Schatzley's initial career began as a Supervisor for Massey Harris Company, and later was employed by J.I. Case as an Inspector, retiring in February of 1978.

Survivors include his wife, Inez K. Schatzley; two sons and daughtersin-law, Dennis J. (Kathleen) Schatzley of Racine, Frank A. Schatzley of Las Vegas, two daughters and sons-in-law, Charlotte A. (Thomas) Pfeiffer of Knob Noster, Mary E.

(Patrick) Drier of Racine; one step-son, Donald Christiansen of Racine; eight grandchildren, Lesli (Frank) Beutel, Erika (Darrin) Malone, Cory, Chris and Beth Drier, John and Andrew Pfieffer and Nicholas Schatzley; other relatives and many dear friends.
