Mrs. Islaub, the wife of Levering Fred Islaub and a secretary for Permanent Claims Service, was killed Friday morning when her car was struck by another car at Highland and Dunn.

Police said there were indications that Mrs. Is laub ran through a stop sign before the collision. The other driver was treated at a hospital and released. No charges were filed. Mrs.

Charge Filed In Death A 16-year-old youth has been charged second-degree murder in connection with a Friday night traffic accident in which Johnny James Aden, 7, was killed and three other persons injured, police said. Police said Erich Blakely Hardin of 4963 Clinchstone was also charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, no drivers license and being drunk in connection with the two-car accident on Yale, west of Austin Peay at 9:10 p.m.

Hardin was driving west on Yale at a high rate of speed, police said, when his car hit a dip, went into the air and landed on the trunk of a westbound car driven by Mrs. Patricia Ann Aden, 27, of 3871 Kipling. Sgt. T. M.

Jones said Johnny Aden was sitting in the back seat of the car and his mother and a brother, Danny Charles 'Bimbo' Aden Jr. were sitting in the front seat of the car. Mrs. Aden and Danny Aden were both treated at Methodist Hospitaland released. According to witnesses, Jones said, Hardin's car was traveling between 70 and 90 mph in a 40 mph zone.

Police said Hardin was not licensed to drive in Tennessee but had a valid Alabama drivers license. a Jones said there were two passengers in Hardin's car bit neither was seriously injured. He said one of the youths fled the accident on foct. The other, Mark D. Wise, 17, of 4284 Oakcrest, was referred to Juvenile Court for disorderly conduct after he refused to allow police and firemen to remove Hardin from the car.

Hardin was taken to Methodist Hospital and was later, transferred to the prison ward at Memphis Hospital, police said. He was released to Juvenile Court yesterday morning. The death was the 20th traffic fatality in the city this year the same number for this time last year. Young Aden was a second grade student at Egypt Central Elementary School.
