To ensure a connection to the organization after orientation, Couris and the executive team keep the lines of communication open through regular in-person feedback sessions and "What Fills Your Cup?" sessions with team members to proactively identify potential obstacles, help leaders prioritize initiatives, and remove barriers to success.
