The CEO and founder of Kings of Neon Stephen Pastor is currently in the USA at the Retail Global event and what an event it is! About 2 years ago, Steve started talking on stages, for groups and for people and telling the story of Kings. The general conversation about how Kings started, through to numbers and the ecomm game. From the very humble beginnings of a laptop and just Steve and how it quickly grew into something more. Our tag line for Kings Of Neon has been 'It was all a dream' and that dream has been rolling out in real time for Steve and the whole team. When we talk about dreams coming true, its not just falling into place and being easy. It has been lots of hard work and efforts. The daily little actions, the changes, the choices and the chances we have taken. Money has come in and just as quickly been pushed back into the business, next level, the people and the place we want to go. Business and scaling is not for the faint hearted and there is no end. It is a game that you sweat every step and get rewards and wins just as much as knocks and blows.Steve is the heart and soul of what Kings of Neon is. Just over 2 years ago he said he wanted to be on stages and chatting to other entrepreneurs, hustlers and dream chasers and every day since that he has been going after it.
